The black circles do not show up well.
A few diaries ago, I posted a picture of my first attempt at this quilt, called Kaleidoscope. It was in shades of blue but the circles that the pattern is named for did not show up well due to the colors I selected. It was pretty but the secondary pattern was lost. I tried again, and this is the result. I am thrilled with it! The circles just jump out at you and you can see why it is called Kaleidoscope.
Here is the first one. I like the colors but not that the black circles were not prominent. If you blur you vision, or take off your glasses, you can see them better but not like the new one.
