It started raining just as I put Margie into her car and sent her home. Good timing. We had loaded the sewing machine and all the accompanying required gear before we went to lunch and it had been a good idea. It has been pretty heavy off and on but is on a break right now and Razzle was able to get out for a hot second.
As you can see by Itzl's concerned look, this group is for us to check in at to let people know we are alive, doing OK, and not affected by such things as heat, blizzards, floods, wild fires, hurricanes, tornadoes, power outages, or other such things that could keep us off DKos. If you're not here, or anywhere else on DKos, and there are adverse conditions in your area (floods, heatwaves, hurricanes, etc.), we are going to check up on you. It has been a dreary day for me other than the company of Margie. I have been trying to make a little cell phone bag that I had modified to be less work but I can not remember the clever way I put it together. I have all the pieces cut but even though I took the sample apart to see how to assemble it, I couldn’t figure it out. Now I have 2 bags that are not put together, waiting for my brain to clear and see how it works. I have mentioned before that I am extremely spatially impaired. I hope I can do better tomorrow. We’ll see. If worse comes to worse, I can make it the original way, according to the video, and it will work fine. It will just be more work but not more than I have expended today trying to make it the “easier” way. Funny how that works out sometimes, huh?
